After a hard night of partying and "pumping ze iron", "The Fixation" Jimmy Fox attempted to carbo-load with a fry-up, but unfortunately he fell asleep with the frying pan still on. Jimmy's concerned PA found him snoozing with the fire risk sizzling away on the stove top and delivered her own Fire Safety Message about the dangers of leaving cooking unattended.
Mr Rumble was putting up a Fire Safety Message notice reminding people to extinguish their cigarette butts. KPW CEO Rip Morgan joined him to talk about the weather, which segued into a discussion of Off The Ropes thus far, and the fate of "international superstar" H-Flame since he lost the belt under dubious circumstances. Mr Rumble voiced his opinion that H-Flame's bad luck was solely down to the "terrible twosome" of fiery veteran Inferno and his manager Charlie Roberts, though their cheating ways would catch up with them soon enough.

At last, Queen Hollie of Team pretty would have a chance to exercise her royal prerogative over the person who had been dogging her for weeks with phone calls, messages scrawled on mirrors, mysterious DVDs and other such underhanded tactics, taunting her about facing someone from her past.
Queen Hollie entered ringside with Intern Suki Gogo, the PA she'd been treating like a personal slave ever since the young intern's arrival in KPW. Queen Hollie was obviously confident of a win no matter whom the opponent turned out to be, and had little time for the disparaging attitude of the capacity crowd.
As Queen Hollie paraded before the less-than-impressed crowd, Intern Suki Gogo entered the ring. Queen Hollie demanded that the demure intern vacate the ring, even giving the blue-haired office worker a shove for her troubles! Queen Hollie then had words with referee Daniel Martins. Meanwhile, Suki Gogo hefted her trusty clipboard and leveled the Queen, to the pleased surprise of the crowd. "Suki Gogo" then removed a wig and spectacles to reveal... Jessie, Hollie's erstwhile Team Pretty team-mate that the Queen sent packing from KPW in a Divas "Loser Leaves KPW" match at "Eve of Destruction" in April 2008. That time, she had assistance from Jonnie Juice that made all the difference. This time around, the Queen wasn't so lucky as her Mystery Opponent was the one person she'd hoped she'd never see again!
Queen Hollie recovered, and seeing her dreaded opponent tried to abdicate the ring, but Jessie was on her with a vengeance! One Queen-sized beatdown and bodyslam later, Jessie completed her triumphant return to KPW with a victory over the person who banished her in the first place!
Winner: (Mystery Opponent) Jessie with a bodyslam for the win by pinfall.

The biggest man in New Zealand professional wrestling came to the ring knowing this was his biggest chance to fulfill his childhood dream and become champion! The crowd was firmly on his side, and he'd need all the support he could garner going into the match against the most demented and bitter wrestler on the KPW roster, Inferno!
Drunk with his recent victory over Chris Delorean, Inferno stalked to the ring with manger Charlie Roberts crowing like a cockerel, confident of another successful title defence. Would Max Damage's raw power and fan support be enough against the fiery veteran? Would Inferno's cunning and vicious brutality see him through his biggest challenge as KPW champion? Would Charlie Roberts prove to be the king-maker once more?
Inferno blindsided Max Damage before the bell even rang, obviously deciding that the best form of (title) defence is a good attack, but Damage reversed an Irish whip into his Yakuza kick-clotheline combination to force Inferno back to the drawing board. The challenger went on the attack, keeping the champ on the back foot. Damage knew that he had to keep Inferno down and conclusively win the match to win the KPW championship, as a countout or disqualification for either wrestler would result in Inferno retaining the belt. A slugfest surprisingly went Inferno's way, but a huge hip toss had him bailing to the outside for a strategy session with manager Charlie Roberts. It seemed to work: Inferno caught Damage off balance and attacked his leg, seeking to negate the bigger man's vertical base. Pulling out all the stops, Inferno even managed to bodyslam the biggest man in New Zealand professional wrestling. Looking to keep the bigger man down, Inferno chose to work on Damage's arm, trying to negate the biggest weapon in Damage's arsenal.
With the crowd right behind him, Damage fought back to his feet and had the champ reeling, but Inferno showed his veteran experience by reversing a hip toss into a DDT to level the challenger. Inferno covered, confident of a pinfall victory, but Damage used his determination to kick out. Incensed at the challengers resilience, Inferno resorted to an uncharacteristic high risk manoeuve, hitting a top rope flying cross body-block. Still Damage kicked out, and Charlie Roberts realised it was time for him to earn his manager's percentage. He jumped up on the apron and attempted to distract the referee while tossing a chain to Inferno. In a display of top-class refereeing, Daniel Martins caught the foreign object and mid-air and banned Roberts from ringside!
The continued, with Inferno attempting to simply cut off Damage's air supply. But once again, the champ had reckoned without the support of the fans and Damage managed to break the hold. Firing on an adrenaline burst, Damage hauled up Inferno and sent him crashing to the canvas with a massive powerbomb for a near fall! Damage dragged the flattened champ into position and uncharacteristically went to the top rope himself, but came off second best when his high risk Extreme Makeover (top rope legdrop) backfired thanks to Inferno having the presence of mind to roll aside! With Inferno nursing his back and Damage his leg, it was Inferno who made it to his feet first. Targeting his opponent's legs and back, Inferno attempted to put on the Cinderlock (Texas cloverleaf), but Damage used the last of his strength to kick the champ away, and fought back to a vertical base. He went for the Damage Gauge (jackhammer), but Inferno slipped out the back out of the ring. To the chagrin of all those present, he attempted to "take a walk", simply leaving with the championship in order to be counted out, lose the match and keep the title. However, his way as blocked by half the KPW locker room who wanted to see a fair fight with a conclusive finish. The ex-champ H-Flame took matters into his own hands, dumping Inferno back into the ring. With no means of escape, Inferno and Damage faced each other mano-a-mano. It wasn't long before Damage hit the biggest Damage Gauge of his career for the three-count and KPW Championship!
Winner: Max Damage with the Damage Gauge for the win by pinfall (and KPW Championship!)
The KPW locker room celebrated in the ring with the ecstatic new champ, H-Flame giving his friend a handshake of respect. Inferno was beside himself with anger, but there was little he could do but rage in vain. Max Damage was in the ring,
facepaint streaked with perspiration from his epic battle, beside himself with elation, surrounded by his peers the new KPW Champion!
Ms Bell interviewed the new KPW Champion, Max Damage. He was understandably ecstatic at the biggest win of his career, and happy enough to go to Disneyland!
Inferno raged at the loss of his beloved KPW Championship loss. Manager Charlie Roberts reminded him that people like them they didn't get mad... they got even!
