Coming up from the mean streets of the “Dub Cee” in north-east greater Wellington, Mako grew up quick and strong. The young man developed his interest in physical competition through eager participation in sports like rugby league, swimming, water polo and boxing. His prowess in the water lead to him adopting the name Mako, just like the warm-blooded shark.

Mako has always been interested in pro wrestling, especially the way the matches were often a fight for survival – something to which the young man could relate. For this reason, Mako applied and was accepted into the KPW “Wild 4 Wrestling” training school in 2010. It became clear that Mako’s bulky size hid the fact that he can unleash powerful attacks of blistering intensity in a burst of speed that can leave opponents battered beyond recovery! Having graduated from the “Wild 4 Wrestling” training school, Mako is looking forward to making his in-ring debut at KPW “Fan Appreciation Night“ on March 11th 2011 and shredding the opposition!
