You want the best scenery, the nicest weather, the lowest crime rate and the liefestyle, art galleries and nightlife that will attract only the elite of New Zealanders like C-Robb and the Duke of Danger (thats me you low life morons!)
Well you're not! But Wellington is and that's because Rodeo Drive, Charlie Roberts and the Danger Man make their summer homes there.
