A new Warrior rises

WhetuKPW Fans bear with me...

When I first started here in KPW I was given the great honour of using the name The Maori Warrior. A name with great meaning, a name given to me by my mentor and good friend, Juno, The original Maori Warrior. Over the years I respected, honoured and hopefully earned the right to represent my people, every time I stepped into the ring as the Maori Warrior.

Now... I must roll down another path.

Recently I have accepted another great honour from my hapu and iwi. A name that will represent my tribe both inside and outside of the ring. From now on I will be known as Whetu, Te Arawa Warrior, and I will continue my journey with a greater intensity and a higher need to entertain, on my path to the top of the KPW Maunga (mountain) for my fans and my people.

TE ARAWA MANA begins May 21st in the Awa city of Whanganui. A place I have had countless battles, a place I love to compete in, because they have treated me like one of their own. This is my opponents first match in Whangas, this is his second match in KPW. He's big, he's powerful and he's full of aggresion. With an impressive victory under his belt, he is definately a rising star in KPW.

"I know you're new but like many before you, Mako, you are going to need all of your size all of your power, all of the aggresion that you posses, because when you step into the ring at the war memorial, I will not hold back, I will not stay down, Ii will not quit until my arm is raised as the victor and like you, the people of Whanganui will "FEEL THE MANA"
